Mother Elephant

S0051

The elephant has become one of the symbols of africa in particular and conservation in general. They can be destructive to their surroundings eating large amounts of vegetation each day. Yet despite their size they are vunerable to pressure from encroachment on their home ranges and, of course, ivory hunters. This drawing was exhibited in the \“Out of Hours\” exhibition in london. Size: 61 × 91cm including high quality colour card mount
